Flintlock Marine is not responsible for providing any such insurance coverage. Vessels included in this registration shall be maintained at all times to manufacturer’s standards and meet all applicable USCG safety and seaworthiness requirements. To the extent you fail to abide by the foregoing, Flintlock Marine may, in addition to any other available remedies, remove the registration from the site.
